Springdale, an area of custom homes where purchasers may also purchase a lot and  bring in their own builder, is located on the north side of Oakhurst. There are also a handful of "nicely loaded" spec homes available, built by several different custom builders. Homes start in the $600’s, perfect for the “move-up” buyer looking to increase their personal home investment.  

Our homes at Ardsley begin in the mid $400's, offering a nice blend of wooded and golf course lots.  This area offers another opportunity where the buyer may purchase an individual lot and bring in his/her own builder. There are still a few golf course and wooded view sites available.  

The discriminating buyer will delight in our single and duplex style condominium units found in Talnuck. Located in the south end of the development, these condominiums feature first floor masters with many of them located on walkout or daylight sites.

Another popular area that is part of the Oakhurst but outside of the gated community is Montclair at Oakhurst, a neighborhood of 72 homes, with some sites on the golf course and many others that back up to woods. Prices at Montclair start in the low $300’s.

Our final phase, Middlesboro offers homes that will start in the mid $400’s. Most of  the home sites in Middlesboro will be wooded or golf course sites featuring many cul de sac locations.
